This morning.....
Wow, two posts in one morning!
I just had to share these pics I took a few minutes ago..... I noticed as I was working in the kitchen that the sky was getting very, very dark...so I went outside and could see the lightning and hear the thunder rumbling in the distance. It didn't take long till it was upon us!
When the torrential rain was pouring down, I opened the front door to get a picture of it and right at that time, it gave a very loud rumble of thunder. So loud, that it scared the puppy, who was very wet and dirty, in the front door. I gave her a boot (gently of course) but when I went to shut the door she was already trying to come back in and I pinched her foot....poor thing! So I gently shooed her out and it happened a 2ND TIME!!
Later when I looked out she was curled up on a blanket behind the bench on the porch and when I talked to her she gave me such sad accusing eyes!! I hope her foot is okay! 
My one and only flower bed....
Time to get back to work....

That is a very dark sky!! Your flowers are lovely -- I wish we could grow Crepe Myrtle here! -- our growing season is too short for it in upstate NY!
I enjoyed catching up on your posts. We have been home for awhile, but I'm like you said, it's hard for me to get motivated to do xanga after soo long! Soon, though....
